and yeaaaaah sorry about the excessive shading xD 
for the past 2 weeks in my AP studio art class weve been having to draw paper bags exactly the way they seem and we have to shade them with charcoal and blend the shading and lighting and stuff and yeaaaah i think it actually shows here also sorry about the anatomy, im a lil bit rusty. but i hope you like it. i drew it from the original drawing you sent me of her on the point transfer so i hope thats ok 
i didnt really know what to do on this 1 so i just drew her waiting for her prey to fall down xD anywhoooo i hope yall like it! my first drawing on here in like 4 monthes

The sky looks good (I assume it's some kind of fantasy sky?). But I think you should have used small different-sized dots for the stars.
And the grass should be pressed down by the character or cover a bit of the character (that depends on how long the grass is), unless the character still hangs at the tree and doesn't touch the ground.
The texture of the tree looks good, butI'm not satysfied with it's form yet. Here a good tutorial that helped me alot with drawing trees: [link]
